Transform your chaos into peace.
While I am not naturally inclined towards organization mainly due to my late diagnosis of ADHD in my 50's I have mastered the power of learning and adaptation of getting organized.
I can help you move through any frustration, embarrassment and overwhelm to take back control over the clutter.
Through private coaching and my Fog to Flow: A Rest for Women Feeling Stretched Thin, I give you tools to succeed in creating a home that flows with your lifestyle and goals.

(And Giving Your Brain a Break While You're At It)
Let’s play a quick game. Raise your hand if you’ve ever stood in an aisle (or scrolled online) thinking: "Do I really need another mug with an inspirational quote?"
…And five minutes later, you’ve got the mug, three candles you didn’t plan on, and a throw pillow that matches absolutely nothing.
We’ve all been there. Welcome to the land of mental clutter—where too many choices (and too much stuff) leave us drained, overwhelmed, and a little cranky.
This is where conscious consumerism steps in like a calm, no-nonsense friend who gently says, “Let’s take a breath before we tap 'Add to Cart,’ yeah?”
It's not about living with just one fork and a beanbag chair (unless that’s your thing—no judgment!). It’s about getting clear on what you buy, why you’re buying it, and whether it actually supports the life you want to live.
The truth is, when we shop emotionally—out of stress, boredom, or that sneaky urge to reward ourselves—we often end up with clutter. Not just in our homes, but in our heads too. Every purchase becomes another thing to clean, store, think about, or feel guilty over. It's like a mental open tab that never quite closes.
Our brains are juggling kids, partners, work, life... the tabs are endless. Every decision chips away at our energy—that’s called decision fatigue. When your space is filled with things you don’t use (or even like), it silently drains you.
Buying less—and choosing better—frees up space not just in your home, but in your mind. And that mental space? That’s where peace, clarity, and those elusive calm mornings start to grow.
Try the Cart + Walk Away Trick – Pop it in your online cart, then step away for a few hours—or even 24. I do this all the time. It gives you space to reflect, and spoiler alert: a lot of things quietly fall off the 'must-have' list.
Visualize Before You Buy – I also ask myself where I’m going to use the item and whether I truly have space for it. Sometimes it takes me days to make a purchase, and that’s okay—slower decisions are often better ones.
Let your values lead the way – Whether it’s sustainability, simplicity, or supporting local makers, let your core values guide your buying habits.
Unsubscribe + unfollow – Less temptation = less mindless spending. Your inbox and mental load will thank you.
Create space, inside and out – Wanting less often comes naturally when your home feels aligned and easy to be in.
As someone who runs a heart-centered business, I see how sneaky spending shows up in entrepreneurship too—apps, courses, subscriptions, tools that promise the world. And sure, some are amazing! But I’ve learned (sometimes the hard way) that more stuff doesn’t mean more success. Now, I treat business purchases the same way I do personal ones: cart, pause, reflect.
I’ve created a simple, supportive No Spend Challenge Guide—a free downloadable PDF you can use at your own pace. It’s designed to help you reset your spending habits, pause before purchases, and start making more mindful choices without pressure or guilt.
It’s a gentle little nudge toward choosing better, not just buying more.
You can grab your copy here and keep it handy anytime you feel like your wallet—and your mind—need a little breather.
Thanks for being here, and for showing up with curiosity and kindness—both for yourself and your home.
